 AerifyPlus- accelerates thatch decomposition (Chinch Bug Love Thatch Cover) by providing beneficial soil microbes utilizes bio stimulants to promote deeper rooting which loosens the soil and improves air and water penetration. Used in place of core aeration covers 100% of your lawn compared to 20% by core aeration.

Bio-Titan- In March 2021 a new product called Bio Titan for chinch bug and grub control was approved for use in Ontario. Bio Titan is applied late June early July for chinch bug and August for Grub control. Applied at the proper time and watered - we had excellent results in 2021/22 

This Application must be watered to be effective.
